A person in long term recovery from alcohol, drug, and gambling addiction, Bob joined Recovery Coaching Services in November 2013 as a Recovery Coach. In 2016, Bob became House Manager of Prodigal House, and joined our Board the same year. Bob has owned and operated two restaurants for 25 years. He also owned and operated Affordable Intervention Opportunity. He has also been a Case Manager at the Men’s Bridge House in Reading. Bob is a Certified ARISE Interventionist, an avid golfer, and community minded.  Bob is a mentor at Glad Tiding Assembly of God’s “Men Mentoring Men” program and volunteers at both the Greater Berks Food Bank and the Humane Society of Berks County. In his role at Prodigal House, Bob and his staff walk hand and hand with our residents as they transition from intervention to inspiration to transformation. Bob passes on to the residents of Prodigal House all the gifts of recovery that were freely given to him…..freedom from bondage of self. One of many “Bob-isms” is….”I don’t have to like everything, but I have to be okay with everything.”
